Ratio Solar with socket

The Ratio Solar with socket is a seemingly simple charging station, but in reality this charger is equipped with the most smart functions as standard. This way you can make good use of your solar panels with this charger, because you can already charge "solar" with an energy surplus of 1.4 kW. In addition, Ratio keeps production sustainable by establishing it on Dutch soil.

Ratio Solar: efficiency first

With Load Balancing included as standard, the Ratio Solar always keeps power consumption in check, without you having to do anything. The Solar monitors the power consumption in the home by means of a sensor. This means that the charger will reduce the power supply to your car when consumption in the home is very high, in order to prevent overload and power outages.

Charging via solar panels

Thanks to different charging modes, you can make optimal use of your solar panels. You can decide for yourself which charging mode you use:

• Basic : charging with a set maximum in amperes. Load balancing not possible.
• Smart : charging from a set minimum in amperes, combined with Load Balancing.
• SmartSolar : the same as the Smart mode, with the difference that power from the grid is supplemented with the energy surplus from your solar panels.
• PureSolar : only charge with the surplus generated by the solar panels.

App from Ratio

An app is almost indispensable at a charging station these days. For example, with the Ratio Solar you can set charging times, which allows you to choose the most advantageous moments with a flexible energy rate. You can see how much was charged for each charging session and for how long. The app also makes it possible to set whether you want to use the charger plug & charge , or whether you lock the charger via the app.

Do you want to have multiple Ratio charging stations installed? Then Power Sharing is an ideal function of these chargers. Through Power Sharing, the power is distributed equally among the chargers. This means that a charger will not end up with an unnecessarily small power supply due to uneven distribution. This way you create a smart charging network, especially thanks to the combination with Load Balancing.
